What is Rigel Miner?
Rigel Miner is cryptocurrency mining software designed for use with Nvidia graphics processors. The application features a simple and user-friendly interface for configuring and monitoring the mining process.
Rigel Miner is capable of processing hashes for various digital assets and allows users to choose from eleven different mining algorithms. According to the project founders, one of the advantages of Rigel Miner is its performance. The program is developed to work optimally with Nvidia graphics processors, ensuring a maximum hash rate.
Rigel Miner settings include several additional features that enhance its usability. The miner provides the ability to monitor the temperature and fan speed of the graphics processors, allowing users to keep track of equipment status and prevent overheating. However, these options are common in almost every modern cryptocurrency mining software.
In summary, Rigel Miner is quite suitable for miners using Nvidia graphics processors. It offers high performance, a user-friendly interface, and additional monitoring features that make the mining process more efficient and secure.

Examples of batch files for launching
Example 1: Mining on the Hub mining pool
rigel.exe -a x16rv2 -o stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com: 20506 -u username.workername -р password
Replace “username.workername” and “password” with your Mining Pool Hub account information.
Example 2: Mining on Zergpool
rigel.exe -а х16rv2 -o stratum+tcp://x16rv2.zergpool.com:8335 -u YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS -р с=ВТС
Replace “YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS” with your Bitcoin address.
Example 3: Mining on Mining Dutch
rigel.exe -a x16rv2 -o stratum+tcp://x16rv2.mining-dutch.nl:3636 -u username.workername -p password
Replace the username. employee name” and “password” to your Mining Dutch account information.
Command Line Arguments and Options
The main commands for the Rigel Miner in the executable file are:
- Miner Name: rigel;
- Algorithm: -a;
- Pool: -o;
- Payout Wallet: -u;
- Rig Name: -w;
- Password: -p;
For dual or triple mining, the value should be complemented with a symbol. The primary algorithm has index 1.
If you need to connect only certain GPUs, add the argument -d
followed by the GPU number.
To protect against overheating, specify --temp-limit
.
Core and memory frequencies are set using the arguments --cclock/--mclock
. A list of values, separated by commas, can be used to set values for each graphics processor.
To skip a graphics processor, set an underscore (_
) for it.
Power limit is set using the argument -pl
, and fan speed — FAN1, FAN2
.
